Ebenezer Chapel Colchester
There is an old chapel in Nunns Road in Colchester called Ebenezer Chapel. I have found out some good information about it from this site, but there is one thing that still puzzles me about the building.
On the front there are 3 inscriptions set...

I am reading the rolls of the London Eyre 1244 and the courts' decisions often include the phrase "...and the neighbours attached for the crime". What is meant by 'attached for' in this context
