Question

Jun 10 2011, 05:07:48 British Peerage, death of peer while wife is pregnant

I'm trying to find any court documents or legal standing for a dispute in the death of a peer, when it later becomes known the wife is pregnant. Specifially during the early 19th century. Is the title awarded to the next heir and then reverted to the (assumed) son upon his birth?
