Question

Dec 07 2009, 17:40:31 Upper Phillimore Place query

Can anyone help with this please:-
On the 1861 Ord.Survey Map of London, Upper Phillimore Place is shown starting to the west of Argyle Road.
However, a further map, Cross's New Plan of London also dated 1861 shows Upper Phillimore Place starting on the west corner of Campden Hill Road with Argyle Road not even constructed yet.
Could Cross's New Plan of London be 1851 not 1861, does anyone know? When was Argyle Road driven through?
I am interested in circa 1851 and where exactly No.2 Upper Phillimore Place was? Any help appreciated
