(f. 265d.)		 To Henry Kenidi, canon of Moray, bachelor of canon law. Collation and provision to him, who is M.A. and of noble birth by both parents, of a canonry of Moray and another of Aberdeen, with reservation to the pope's gift, for collation to him, of a prebend in Moray and another in Aberdeen, and a dignity etc. in one of those churches, even if elective and with cure, but not a major dignity. Nobilitas generis, litterarum sciencia, (fn. 3) vite etc.
Concurrent mandate to the abbot of Fearn (Nouiferni) in the diocese of Ross, the vidame of Reims and the official of Aberdeen. Hodie dilecto filio. (P. and M. Ferrarii. | xiiii. xii. de Varris.) [4 pp.]

2 On the back of the volume is the usual modern description in Italian: ’Calisto iii. 1455. Anno 1. Lib. 1.’ On the flyleaf is, in different contemporary hands: ‘Primus de prebendis et dignitatibus, et de prebendis vacaturis anno primo domini nostri domini Calisti pape iii.,’ ‘R(ecipe) Her. P.’ (i.e. P. de Varris), ‘Rubricatus est’ and ‘Vidi.’ A like contemporary description ‘Primus de prebendis … ‘occurs also, as usual, on the bottom edge of the volume. There are ff. i.-cccxviii, the rubricelle being missing, as usual. The volume consists of reservations of prebends and dignities, many in Spain, Germany and Belgium.
