Mandate to collate and assign to William Clay, if found fit after the usual examination in Latin, the church, in whatever way it be void, value not exceeding 90 marks, of Blumtesham, in the diocese of Lincoln, as he doubts whether his presentation by John, bishop of Ely, to the bishops of which see the presentation belongs, and his institution by John, then bishop of Lincoln, on its voidance by the death of William Kendale, hold good; notwithstanding that he holds a perpetual benefice without cure, called a portion or prebend, in the church of Osmunderley, in the diocese of York, value not exceeding 40 marks. Dignum arbitramur.

Mandate to carry out the sentence of certain papal auditors—obtained by John Rede against William Wiche, clerk, of the diocese of Cashel, who was condemned in costs and fruits received, for having opposed the papal provision made to Rede of the deanery of Waterford, and for having intruded himself—alike against Wiche or any other intruders.
