To the abbot of St. Patrick's, Ballintober (Villa fontis), in the diocese of Tuam. Mandate to reserve to Malachy Oflanagan, clerk, of the diocese of Tuam, if found fit, a benefice with or without cure, value not exceeding 25 or 18 marks accordingly, in the common or several gift of the archbishop and the dean and chapter of Tuam. Dignum etc.

1 The volume consists entirely de beneficiis vacaturis, and is described on the back as Lib. 97. On the top edge, in a contemporary hand, is Primus de beneficiis vacaturis anno septimo domini Martini pape V.
