Vatican Regesta, Vol. DCCXLVIII. (fn. 1)

Bullarum Liber LI.

6 Innocent VIII.

Footnotes

1 On the back of the volume: ‘Inn. viii. Bullar. Ann. vi.Lib. li.’ On the front cover of the original sheepskin binding, preserved at the beginning of the volume, is ‘Liber lis Bullarum domini I[n]nocentii viij’ and ‘Recipe Phy.,’ the word ‘Recipe’ being written in full, the first occasion noticed by the editor; and on the back is the usual later ‘Innoc. 8. Lib. 51.’ There are 1–69+80–347 ff. of text(all in arabic numerals), and no ‘rubricelle.' The foliation skips from 69 to 80, there being thus no ff. 70–79, and at the top of f. 80 is ‘omissum per errorem.’ This and the next two registers contain nothing within the scope of the Calendar.
