According to the Order Yesterday, the House proceeded in the Debate, which was then adjourned till this Day; and, for the freer Debate thereof, the House was adjourned into a Committee.

The House being resumed;

Sherley versus Sir J. Fagg.

It was moved, "That the last Petition of Thomas Sherley might be read:" Which was done.

And, after a long Debate, it is ORDERED, That this House shall be adjourned to Monday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock.
