Goldney & al. against Hayward:
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas
Goldney, Gabriel Goldney, Elizabeth Goldney, Ann Goldney
Spinster, Martha Champion Widow, Richard Ford, John
Ball, John Wood, and Abraham Darby, Proprietors,
Partners, and Sharers, of several Iron Furnaces and
Works for making Iron, at Colebrooke Dale, in the County
of Salop; complaining of certain Parts of a Decree
of the Court of Exchequer, of the 16th of May 1757;
and praying, "That the same may be reversed; and
that the Appellants may have such other Relief as
to this House shall seem meet; and that William Hayward Esquire may be required to answer the said
Appeal:"
It is Ordered, That the said William Hayward may
have a Copy of the said Appeal; and do put in his
Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Tuesday the
28th Day of this Instant June.
Wainwright to enter into a Recognizane for the Appellants.
The House being moved, "That Tho's Wainwright,
of Hatton Garden in the County of Middlesex Gentleman may be permitted to enter into a Recognizance
for the said Appellants, on account of their Appeal;
they being in the County:"
It is Ordered, That the said Thomas Wainwright
may enter into a Recognizance for the said Appellants,
as desired.
