King and Davis discharged.

Upon reading the humble Petion of Joseph King and John Davis; shewing, "That they are now in Custody of the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod, for arresting John Poole, a menial Servant of his Grace the Duke of South'ton; for which they are heartily sorry, and humbly beg Pardon for the same;" they being sent for to the Bar, and reprimanded for their Offence, and having asked the Pardon of the House and his Grace:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Joseph King and John Davis shall be, and they are hereby, discharged from the Restraint they now lie under; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Sir Thomas Duppa, Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them.

Adjourn.

Dominus Custos Magni Sigilli declaravit præsens Parliamentum continuandum esse usque ad et in diem Jovis, (videlicet,) 23um diem instantis Novembris, hora decima Aurora, Dominis sic decernentibus.
