PRAYERS.
Wade versus Skipwith, in Error.
Upon reading the Petition of Charles Wade; shewing,
"That there is a Writ of Error brought into this
House, in February last, by Thomas Skipwith, only for
Delay, to which the Petitioner is Defendant; upon
which Errors are 'signed, and Issue joined by the Petitioner; and praying a Day may be appointed for
hearing the Errors argued thereupon:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
the said Errors argued, by Counsel on either Side, thereupon, on Monday the Fourth Day of December next, at
Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Lomax versus Lomax.
Upon reading the Petition of Joshua Lomax Esquire,
against Thomas Lomax; shewing, "That this House,
the last Session of Parliament, affirmed a Decree,
which is inconsistent in itself and impracticable, and
not to be performed unless explained, as they are
advised; and praying, that they may have the Fruit
and Benefit of the said Decree, as far as the same is
consistent with the Affirmance of this House, or to
proceed thereupon, in Chancery or otherwise, as this
House shall think fit:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
Counsel for the said Joshua Lomax, as also Counsel for
the said Thomas Lomax in this Case, on Tuesday the Fifth
Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon.
One Judge of each Court to attend during Term.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That One Judge of each Court
in Westminster Hall do attend this House during the
Term.
Marq. of Carmarthen, Privilege, concerning Persons entering his Warren:
Upon Complaint to this House, "That several Persons have, in a riotous Manner, under Pretence of
Right, entered into the Warren of the Right Honourable the Lord President, a Peer of this Realm,
contrary to the Privilege of Parliament:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of
this Matter shall be, and is hereby, referred to the
Lords Committees for Privileges; to consider thereof,
and search Precedents, and hear the Witnesses in this
Case; and report their Opinion to this House.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That Mr. William Vernon, Tobias Barton, William Hadman, and John Barton, do attend this House on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock
in the Morning, to be sworn at the Bar, in order to be
examined before the Lords Committees for Privileges
