Trials for Treason, for regulating, Bill.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put
into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled,
"An Act for regulating of Trials, in Cases of High
Treason and Misprision of Treason," on Tuesday the
Eighth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the
Clock in the Forenoon; and all the Lords summoned
then to attend.
Wilful Perjury, to make Felony, Bill.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put
into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled,
"An Act for making wilful and corrupt Perjury, in
certain Cases, to be Felony," on Wednesday the Ninth
Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon; and all the Lords summoned then to
attend.

upon the Petition of Sir Richard Verney, claiming the
Title of Lord Broke; to which Counsel have been heard;
and His Majesty's Attorney General being also to speak
thereunto:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Attorney
General shall be heard what he has to offer in this
