Trials for Treason, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put
into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for
regulating of Trials, in Cases of High Treason and
Misprision of Treason."
After some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made some further Progress in the Bill;
and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed."
ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed upon the said Bill, To-morrow, at
Eleven of the Clock.
Rex versus Tucker, in Error.
After hearing Counsel, to argue the Errors assigned
upon a Writ of Error brought into this House the
Nineteenth Day of December, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four, to reverse a Judgement of the Court
of King's Bench, relating to the Attainder of Reginald
Tucker:
Judgement affirmed.
After due Consideration had of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the
said Judgement given in the said Court of King's Bench,
for reversing the Attainder of the said Reginald Tucker,
shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
The Tenor of which Judgement, to be affixed to
the Record, followeth; (videlicet,)
