Oldys versus Domville, in Error.
This Day the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of
Common Pleas, Speaker pro Tempore, reported what
was offered by Counsel, at the Bar, the Two and Twentieth of February last, upon arguing the Errors assigned
upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein
William Oldÿs is Plaintiff, and Charles Domville Defendant.
And, upon Debate, some Questions being proposed
to be asked the Judges present, in relation to this
Matter; and the Judges desiring Time to consider thereof:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Judges shall be heard,
in relation to this Matter, on Monday the Ninth Day
of this Instant March, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Habeas Corpas Act, for Suspension of, Bill.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled, "An
Act for empowering His Majesty to apprehend and
detain such Persons as He shall find Cause to suspect
