PRAYERS.
Porter versus Fry.
ORDERED, That the Cause upon the Petition of
Anne Fry and Mountjoy Fry her Son (being an Appeal
from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery concerning a Messuage called Newport House), and upon the
Answer of George Porter Esquire, as Guardian to George
Porter his Nephew, an Infant, in the said Cause in
Chancery, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Parts,
at the Bar of this House, on Saturday the 19th Day of
November Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
E. Strafford versus Wayndsford.
This House having fully heard Counsel upon the Petition of the Earl of Strafford, and the Answer of William Waindesford to the said Petition, and the Replication
of the said Earl; their Lordships entering into Consideration of what was offered by the Counsel on either
Part, and of the Depositions taken in the Court of
Chancery, upon which the said Decree complained of
was grounded:
It is ORDERED, That their Lordships will proceed
in the further Consideration thereof on Monday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock.
