This Day Judge Twisden, Senior Judge now sitting in
the Court of King's Bench, by reason of the Sickness of
the Lord Chief Justice, brought in, according to the
usual Form, a Writ of Error, between Noell Plaintiff
and Nelson Defendant.
Fry versus Porter.
