Dawson versus jesserson, in Error.
Whereas there is a Writ of Error depending in Parliament, wherein Richard Dawson is Plaintiff, and John
Jeaffreson is Defendant, for reversing a Judgement given
in the Court of King's Bench, upon which the said
Plaintiff Richard Dawson hath assigned his Errors:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That His Majesty's Writ of
Scire facias ad audiendum Errores be awarded against
the said Defendant John Jeafreson, returnable into the
High Court of Parliament within Fifteen Days after the
Date of this Order.
