The House this Day entering into Debate of what hath been offered at the Bar, by Counsel on both Parts, upon the Petition of Dame Alissimon Reade, complaining against Sir John Reade Baronet her Husband, for his disobeying the Judgement of the Court of Delegates given for her Relief:

Upon Consideration had thereof, it is Resolved, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Case of the said Dame Alissimon Reade, as it now stands before this House, is not ready for Relief.

Ly. Barret versus Ld. Loftus.

Whereas this Day was appointed to hear Counsel, at the Bar, upon the Petition of Dame Barret depending in this House, and the Plea of the Lord Viscount Loftus of the Kingdom of Ireland, put in thereunto:

It is this Day ORDERED, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, upon the said Petition and Plea, on Thursday the Twenty-sixth Day of February Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Crispe versus Boys & al.

Whereas there is a Petition and Appeal of John and Thomas Crispe, the surviving Executors of Sir Nicholas Crispe, late of London, Knight and Baronet, deceased, depending in this House, to which John Boys, John Bradbourne, John Harris, Richard Harris, and Francis Shalcress, have put in their Answer:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel at the Bar, upon the said Petition and Answer, on Friday the Twenty-seventh Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Petitioners are to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Defendants, or their Agent, in the said Cause, to the End they may be ready at the Time aforesaid.
