Dowager Ly. Pawlet versus L. Pawlet & al.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, on both
Sides, in a Cause depending in this House, wherein the
Lady Susanna Pawlett is Plaintiff, against the Lord Pawlett an Infant her Son Defendant, being an Appeal from
a Decree or Dismission in the Court of Chancery, of
her Bill against John now Lord Pawlett by his Guardian, and his Trustees, Francis Pawlet Esquire, Sir John
Sidenham Knight, Sir Thomas Putt Baronet, Edward
Coke Esquire, and Edward Stroude Esquire, Defendants:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by
Counsel on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and
Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petition and Appeal of
the Lady Susanna Pawlet be, and is hereby, dismissed
this House; and that the Decree or Dismission made in
the High Court of Chancery, from which she appealed
to this House, be, and is hereby, affirmed.
Barret versus Desmener.
The House being moved, on the Behalf of Richard
Barret, "That they would appoint a Day for hearing
his Cause depending in this House, to which John
Desmener is Defendant:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the
said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, on Monday the
30th of November Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon; whereof the said Richard Barret is to
cause timely Notice to be given to the said Desmener,
to the End he attend with Counsel accordingly.
The King's Speech to be considered.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That Monday next is appointed
for reading and considering His Majesty's Speech.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That all Lords this Day present,
or in or about the Town, be, and are hereby, required
to attend this House on Monday next, under such Penalties as this House shall think fit to inflict upon them.
