Committee to consider of the E. of Essex's Death, revived.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That the Committee appointed
on the Fifth Day of February last, to examine and take
Informations concerning the Death of the late Earl of
Essex, be, and is hereby, revived; to continue and sit
as before.
Committee to examine concerning the Murder of Lord Russell, Col. Sydney, & al. and of the Advisers of Quo Warrantos against Corporations.
Lords Committees appointed by the House, to consider who were the Advisers and Prosecutors of
the Murders of the Lord Russell, Colonel Sydney,
Sir Thomas Armstrong, Mr. Cornish, and others,
and who were the Advisers of issuing out of
Writs of Quo Warrantos against Corporations,
and who were their Regulators, and also who
were the public Assertors of the Dispensing
Power; whose Lordships, having considered thereof, and sent for and examined such Persons concerning the same as they shall think fit, are
afterwards to make Report to the House.

Beaple versus Gay.
Upon reading the Petition of Martha Gay Defendant, to the Appeal of Thomas Beaple; praying a Day
for hearing the Cause depending in this House between
them:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar,
on Thursday next, being the 7th Instant, at Ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Martha Gay
is to cause Notice to be given to the said Thomas
Beaple, or his Clerk in Chancery, to the End he attend
with his Counsel.
Presgrave versus Sherman.
Robert Presgrave and Ruth Barnes took their Oath
at the Bar, "That the Order of this House was served
upon Thomas Sherman, who was to put in his Answer
to the Appeal of William Presgrave; in the mean
Time, all Proceedings were to be stayed in Chancery;
yet the said Thomas Sherman had put the said Presgrave out of Possession of the House in Question."
Sherman sent for.
It is ORDERED, That the said Thomas Sherman do
attend this House presently.
Bill to prevent Minors clandestine Marriages.
ORDERED, That Mr. Justice Dolben do attend the
Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Bill
against clandestine Marriages on Wednesday next, at
Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings.
Moria versus Wyborn.
Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Morin, complaining of a Decree made by the Lords Commissioners of
the Great Seal of England, wherein he is amongst other
Things decreed to deliver up a Bond, and a Dismission
of the Petitioner's Bill; but that they saw no Reason
the Petitioner should pay any Costs in either of the
Suits; and praying the Reversal of the Decrees, and the
Stay of Proceedings thereupon:
It is ORDERED, That Anne Weyborne, Defendant to
the said Appeal, may have a Copy thereof; and be, and
is hereby, required to put in her Answer thereunto in
Writing, on Saturday the 9th Day of November Instant,
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said
Thomas Morin is to cause timely Notice to be given to
the said Anne Wyborne, to the End (fn. *) she answer accordingly.

ORDERED, That Thomas Sherman Senior, and Thomas
Sherman Junior, now in the Possession of the House of
William P'esgrave, be, and are hereby, required, to attend this House, on Wednesday next, at Ten of the

Committee for the Bill against clandestine Marriages.
