PRAYERS.
Browne versus Waight, in Error.
Upon reading the Petition of Richard Browne; shewing, "That Edmond Waight obtained a Judgement in
an Action of Trespass and Ejectment against the
Petitioner, which hath been affirmed in the Exchequer Chamber; and the Petitioner hath brought his
Writ of Error into this House, and assigned Errors
thereupon; and praying, that he may proceed to
examine the Errors of the Executor of the said
Edmond Waight, and the Tenants of the Lands in the
aforesaid Trespass and Ejectment comprised, if they,
upon Notice, shall not join Issue upon the Errors
assigned:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Executor of the said
Edmond Waight, and the Tenants of the Lands in the
said Trespass and Ejectment comprised, may have a
Copy of the said Record and Error; and be, and they
are hereby, required to join Issue thereupon on or before Monday the Second Day of November next, at Ten
of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the Petitioner
is to cause timely Notice to be given to the Executor
and Tenants, to the End they join Issue accordingly.
Smith versus Kellway, in Error.
Upon reading the Petition of Christopher Kellway;
praying, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing
the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Richard Smith is Plaintiff,
and the Petitioner Defendant:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will
hear the said Errors argued, by Counsel on both Sides,
at the Bar, on Friday the Thirtieth of October Instant,
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the
Petitioner is to cause Notice to be given to the said
Richard Smith, or his Attorney, to the End he attend
with his Counsel accordingly.
House to be called.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall
be called on Monday the Second Day of November next,
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that this
Order be affixed on the Doors of this House.

The Duke of Norfolke acquainted the House, "That
His Majesty hath appointed this Day, at Twelve
of the Clock, for the House to attend Him with the
Address."
