Hetley versus Hervey.

Whereas John Hervey was appointed to put in his Answer, on Monday the Ninth Day of November Instant, to the Appeal of Carina Hetley, Eliz. English, and others, Appellants:

It is this Day ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Hervey (upon his Petition read this Day) hath hereby Time given him for answering thereunto, until Thursday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant November, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

The Lords went in a Body to the Abbey Church at Westminster, to hear a Sermon.
