House shall be, and are hereby, given to the Lord
Bishop of Ely, for his Sermon preached Yesterday in
the Abbey Church at Westm'r; and he is hereby desired
to print and publish the same.

Upon reading the Petition of John Marquis of Normanby; shewing, "That his Grace the Duke of Devonsh'r had waved his Privilege, and appeared to
a Suit in Chancery (wherein the Petitioner was
Plaintiff), and put in his Answer; and praying,
That the Duke of Devon. may not resume his Privilege in this Case:"

June, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-six, on Behalf of Samuell Rolle, Vere Booth, Hugh Fortescue, and
Bridget his Wife, Richard Wynne, Christopher Davenport, and George Townshend; and praying, that they
may answer thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Samuel Rolle
and Hugh Fortescue may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and put in their Answer or Answers
