L. Weymouth takes the Oaths.
This Day Thomas Lord Viscount Weymouth took the
Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.
Winchester versus Fowke.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Henry
Winchester Gentleman and Ann his Wife, One of the
Grandchildren of James Fowke Gentleman, deceased,
complaining of a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Sixteenth Day of March, One Thousand Six
Hundred Eighty-five, on the Behalf of Elizabeth Fowke;
and praying the Reversal of the said Decree so far as it
affects them; and that the said Elizabeth Fowke may
answer thereunto:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Elizabeth
Fowke may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and shall and she is hereby required to put in
her Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Tuesday the
First Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in
the Forenoon.
