in Parliament assembled, That Thomas Tanner do attend this House, with the Record of the Attainder of
Peter Cook, the Indictment against Sir John Fenwick,
and the Attainder of Sir John Friend; and also, that
Symon Harcourt do attend with the Attainder of Sir
William Parkyns, and the Conviction of Clansey, on
Tuesday the Eighth Day of this Instant December, at
Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

in Parliament assembled, That Bartholomew Gracedieu,
Mr. John Mead, Mr. John Read, Mr. Mathew Howard,
Mr. Henry Sherbrook, Mr. John Cowper, Mr. Thomas
Watson, Mr. John Collins, Mr. George Porter, Mr. John
Fowle, and Mr. Thomas Rowe, do attend this House, on
Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, as
Witnesses to prove the Allegations in the Bill, intituled,
"An Act to attaint Sir John Fenwick Baronet of High
Treason."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Nine Books,
delivered at the Bar, the Second Instant, by Sir George
Rooke, as also the Papers and Books then delivered by
the Commissioners of the Admiralty and Navy Board,
shall be, and are hereby, referred to the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Answer received
from the Commissioners of the Admiralty, pursuant to
the Order of the Seven and Twentieth of November last;
whose Lordships may inspect the said Books and Papers,
and report to this House, from Time to Time, as they
shall think sit.

Whereas John Lord Bishop of Norwich hath not
given his Attendance, pursuant to the Orders of this
House:
It is therefore ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and
Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Serjeant
at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies,
do forthwith take into Custody the said John Lord Bishop
of Norwich, and bring him to this House; and this
shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Marq. Normanby versus D. Devon:
This Day being appointed to take into Consideration
such Matters of Fact as have passed, in relation to the
Waiving of Privilege, in a Cause depending in Chancery
between the Marquis of Normanby, the Lord Berkeley
of Stretton, and his Grace the Duke of Devonsh'r; as
also to consider of Precedents relating to the waiving
and resuming of Privilege:
Waiving and resuming Privilege.
After reading several Precedents in the Journals of this
House; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of this Matter shall be resumed on Wednesday
next, in order to a final Determination thereof; and
no other Business to intervene.
