Thorowgood versus Cordell.
The House being this Day moved, on the Behalf of
Edm'd Cordell, Administrator of Mary his Wife, Respondent to the Appeal of John Thorowgood and his
Wife, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of
the said Cause:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the
said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the
Eighteenth Day of this Instant March, at Eleven of the
Clock in the Forenoon.

A Message from the House of Commons, by the Earl
of Disert of the Kingdom of Scotland and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for
charging the Estate of Sir Thomas Robinson Baronet
with Seven Thousand Pounds, for the Portion of Anne
his Sister; and for settling her Estate upon the said
Sir Thomas Robinson, in Lieu thereof;" to which they
desire the Concurrence of this House.
Also a Message from the House of Commons, by
Mr. Harvey and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for
making the River Larke, alias Burne, navigable;" to
which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Dutchess of Norfolk's Counsel, &c. heard:
After hearing Counsel for the Dutchess of Norfolke,
and examining some Witnesses on her Behalf, in the
Presence of the Duke's Counsel, the following Orders
were made; (videlicet,)
Short-hand to be transcribed.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That what hath been this
Day taken in Short-hand from the Witnesses shall be
transcribed, and then sealed up with the Short-hand
Papers, in order to be opened and read to the Witnesses To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock."
"It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at
Twelve of the Clock, this House will proceed to
have the Examinations taken this Day read to the
Witnesses, and to hear Counsel and Witnesses for the
Dutchess of Norfolke; and that the Duke's Counsel
be then present."
Causes removed.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal
in Parliament assembled, That the Cause of Thomas
Kirke, against Thomas Webb and others, shall be removed
till after the Business now in Agitation between the
Duke and Dutchess of Norfolke be over; and the other
following Causes then to come on, one after the other,
in Course, as they stand in the Books.
