for vesting a Messuage and Lands, in Stevenage, in
the County of Hertford, (the Estate of Richard
Nodes), in Trustees, to be sold, for making a Provision
for his Wife and Children, equal to the Provision
secured to them out of the said Estate."
New Deale fresh Water, Bill.
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition of William
Warner, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for furnishing the Town of new Deale with fresh Water;"
as also Counsel for the Bill; and Debate thereupon:
This Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall
be now read the Second Time?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative:

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a

Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing of the
Cause wherein John Grosvenor is Appellant, and Colonel Coy Respondent:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear
the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, To-morrow, at
Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.
American Plantations, Bill to re-units Governments of, to the Crown.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled,
An Act for re-uniting to the Crown the Government
of several Colonies and Plantations in America," shall
be read the Second Time on Friday next, the First
Business.
Causes removed.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause of Dye
against Thwayts shall be heard on Monday next; and all
the other Causes shall be removed in Course.
Limitation the Crown, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and
put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An
Act for the further Limitation of the Crown, and
better securing the Rights and Liberties of the Subject."
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was
resumed.
And the Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported, "That
the Committee had considered and gone through the
Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."
Whereupon the following Order was made; (videlicet,)
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Bill, intituled,
An Act for the further Limitation of the Crown, and
better securing the Rights and Liberties of the Subject, shall be read the Third Time To-morrow,
after Twelve a Clock."
