Baxter, for Words against the E. of Suffolk.
Richard Baxter, formerly sent for as a Delinquent,
for contemning the Order of this House, and speaking
contemptuous Words against the said Order, in the Lord
Craven's Cause, was brought to the Bar; and denying
the Words read in the Affidavits:
It is ORDERED, That the Parties that made the Affidavits shall be sent for, to attend this House, and give
in their Information viva Voce, in the Presence of the
said Baxter.
Order for the Delivery of D. of Bucks' Papers, &c. to him.
ORDERED, That all Patents, Fines, Recoveries, Surveys, Court Rolls, Rent Rolls, Plats, Papers, Memorials, and Evidences whatsoever, that concern the Duke
of Buks' Estate, in the Hand or Possession of any Surveyors, Registers, Comptrollers, or Clerks, lately attending and belonging to Drury House, or of any Purchasers of his Lands, Committees for Sequestrations, or
any others claiming any of his Estate under the said
Purchasers, or in Trust for them, be delivered up to
his Grace, or to his Use.

ORDERED, That the Order concerning the Business
of the Writings and Deeds in the Hands of the Clerks
