Bill of Indemnity.
The House was adjourned into a Committee of the
whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the
Bill of Indemnity.
The House was resumed.
The Lord Robertes reported, "That the Committee
is (fn. *) of Opinion, That, after Friday next, no Public Provisos shall be offered to the House."
Which the House ordered accordingly.
2. "That the Committee is of Opinion, That the
Clause concerning Mr. Thurloe shall be struck out of
the Bill of Indemnity."
Which was Resolved by the House in the Affirmative.

vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for restoring
to Charles Lord Gerrard, Baron of Brandon, all his
Manors, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments,
whereof he was in Possession on the 23th of October,
1641, or at any Time sithence."
E. of Strafford's Bill to be brought in.
Ordered, That the Earl of Strafford shall have the
same Liberty as other Lords have, to bring in a Bill
concerning restoring of his Estate.
