their Lordships do intend to send to the King, to know
what Time He will please to appoint both Houses to

the House of Commons with the same.

Hodie 1a
vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for vesting

Vavasor and Clark, Delinquents about Axholme, to be continued in Custody.
Whereas Thomas Vavasor and Peter Clark, now in the
Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House,
were this Day brought to the Bar as Delinquents, who,
with Two and Twenty others formerly in Custody, did
disobey an Order of the Thirteenth of May last past,
by going out of Town, and not giving Security to appear within Ten Days after Warning, nor then paid
the Fees to the several Officers of this Court according
to the said Order; and being heard this Day what
they could say, they could give no Satisfaction in that
Behalf:
It is ORDERED, That the said Vavasor and Clarke are
hereby continued under Restraint, until due Obedience
be given unto the said Order; and herein the Serjeant
is to discharge his Duty, as the contrary will be answered to this House.
