The Earl of Bolingbrooke reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning Mr.
Challoner; and thinks it fit to pass as it is, without
any Amendment."

Fees upon Bishops Translation and Lords Descents.
Upon the Motion of the Lord Bishop of Winton,
desiring the Direction of this House, "Whether every
Bishop being translated to another Bishopric, and
every Temporal Lord being created to a higher Temporal Honour, or to whom it descends, is to pay Fees
again to the Officers of this House, according to the
Rates mentioned in the Roll of Fees heretofore allowed of by the House of Peers:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration
hereof is referred to the Lords Committees for Privileges, whose Lordships are to report their Opinions
concerning the same to this House.
