Upon hearing of Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar
of this House, upon the Petition and Appeal of Francis
Downes and Edmond Spring Gentlemen, complaining
against Henry Hungate; and after mature Consideration
had thereupon:
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual
and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said
Petition and Appeal be, and is hereby, dismissed this
House.
