King's Answer concerning Address.
The Lord Wharton acquainted the House, "That he
had attended His Majesty, as commanded; and that His
Majesty was pleased to appoint, that this House should
attend Him, with their Address, To-morrow, at Three
of the Clock in the Afternoon, at Kensington."

Majesty, with their Address, To-morrow, at Three of
the Clock in the Afternoon, at Kensington.
Treaties delivered.
The Earl of Marlborough, by His Majesty's Command,
laid before this House the several Papers intituled as
follow; (videlicet,)
1. "Translation of the Treaty between the Emperor,
His Majesty, and The States General; 7th September,
1701."
2. "Translation of the Treaty between the King and
"The States General, 11th November, 1701."
3. "Translation of a Convention between the King, the
King of Sweden, and The States Generall, 26thSeptember/7th October,
1701."
4. "Translation of the Treaty between the King,
the King of Denmark, and The States General, 15th
June, 1701°."
5. "Translation of the secret Articles of the Treaty
with Denmark, 15th June, 1701°."
Fuller and Baldwin to attend, about Books published by them, reflecting on Members of both Houses.
The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That he
had received a Letter from William Fuller, and in it a
Petition to this House."
Which being read, and Two of Fuller's Books produced:
It was proposed, and agreed by the House, to ask
him,
"Whether Mr. Jones were in Being; and if he
could produce him? Whether he could make
good his Petition? and, By what Authority he
printed his Books, or whether he was ordered
by any Person to print them?"
Then, Fuller being sent for, and not to be found:
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in
Parliament assembled, That Mr. William Fuller, and Mrs.
Baldwin who dispersed the said Books, do attend this
House on Wednesday next, at Eleven a Clock in the
Forenoon.
