The Masters in Chancery sent Yesterday to William Fuller return Answer:

That they had been with him; and he says, "Jones and Englefield are gone Ten Miles out of Town; and that, if he is ordered, he will go, with a Messenger, and fetch them."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That His Majesty's Attorney General do forth with prosecute William Fuller with the utmost Severity, without any Regard to any Letters or Messages he hath received, or may receive, from him; and that the Books and Papers concerning that Matter, now in the Clerk's Custody, be delivered to Mr. Attorney General.

Allanson, Leave for a Bill.

Upon reading the Petition of Alathea Allanson, Mother and Guardian of Henrietta Susanna Tempest, an Infant, about Sixteen Years of Age; praying Leave to bring in a Bill for Sale of an Estate in Yorkshire; and that the Money thereby raised be secured and appropriated for the Benefit of the Infant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as desired.

Perjury, to punish, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act, making wilful Perjury, or Subornation of Perjury, in certain Cases, to be Felony."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee thereupon.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

A Debate arose, touching the re-committing the said Bill; and for hearing the Judges, as to the Dilatoriness of Proceedings, by taking Evidence in Writing.
