Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Thomas Dent Doctor in Divinity, Complainant, against Sir William Buck Baronet, William Walker, alias Walcot, Edward Kitchen, Thomas Jervase, John Young, Thomas Sheppard, Joseph Smith, Richard Clifton, John Rawlingson, John Garland, Timothy Lacy, Richard Rastall, and John Eagle, Defendants, from a Dismission of the Petitioner's Bill in the Court of Exchequer Chamber, made and pronounced the One and Twentieth of February One Thousand Seven Hundred, and affirmed upon a Re-hearing on the Sixth Day of December last; and praying "the same may be set aside and reversed; and that he may have Tithes in Kind decreed, as well of Hanby, as of Grange Leas; and that the Defendants abovementioned may answer to this Appeal; and that, in the mean Time, Proceedings may be stayed; and that the Service of the Respondents Clerk in the Exchequer may be good Service:"
