Petitions from Cheshire, &c.

RESOLVED, That after the Business of the Instructions for Scotland, the several Petitions of Cheshire, Leicestershire, London, and Gloucester, shall be received.

Scotch Affairs.

The Lord Commissioner Whitelock reports, from the Council of State, Amendments to the Instructions for the Commissioners to be sent into Scotland.

The Question being put, That these Words; viz. "or Inheritance," do stand in the Tenth Instruction;

It passed with the Affirmative.

Sheriff of Bedfordshire.

Ordered, That the Name of the Sheriff of Bedfordshire for this Year, being formerly mistaken, be amended, and made Thomas Bromsall, instead of Brownsall; and that the Order be amended accordingly.

Ordered, That Thomas Bromsall Esquire, Sheriff of the County of Bedford, have Liberty to travel out of his County, from time to time, upon his necessary Occasions.
