Prayers.
Delinquents Estates.
COLONEL Downes reports from the Committee
of the Army, a Certificate from the Commissioners
for Compounding; and a Catalogue of the Names of such
Delinquents only, as are certified, from the several Counties therein mentioned, to be under Sequestration; and
have either not compounded, or not paid in, any Part of
their Fines: Which were now read.
Resolved, by the Parliament, That such Delinquents
as have been admitted to Composition, and have paid
Part of their Fines, and elapsed their Times for Payment
in of the Residue, be admitted to pay in the Residue of
their said Fines, with Interest; so as they whose Habitations are within Fourscore Miles of London, do pay the
said Sums, with Interest, after the Rate of Eight Pounds
per Cent. at, or before, the Twentieth Day of April next;
and such who are at a further Distance, at, or before the
Twentieth Day of May next.
Resolved, That this Vote be forthwith printed and
published.
The Question being propounded, That the Lord
Lovelace be declared to be comprehended within the last
Vote for the Payment in of the Remainder of his Fines,
with Interest;
And the Question being put, That these Words,
"And that the Mulct imposed on him for Non-payment
in of the Residue of his Fine by the Time limited, be
discharged," be added to the Question;

Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Lord Lovelace
be declared to be comprehended within the last Vote for
the Payment of the Remainder of his Fines, with Interest, according to the Rules.
Resolved, That it be referred to the Commissioners of
Goldsmiths-Hall, that they do take care this Vote touching Compositions, be sent to all their Sub-Commissioners
in the several Counties of England and Wales, that the
same may be published, that none may plead Ignorance.
Resolved, That Colonel Downes do proceed in his Report on this Day Sevennight, the first Business.
