Disbanding he Army, &c.

Ordered, That the House shall be forthwith resolved into a Grand Committee, to take into Consideration the Disbanding of the Armies, the Providing of Monies, and the rest of that Report concerning the Treaty between the Two Kingdoms; and that the Doors be locked till Twelve of Clock, and the Key brought up, upon this Occasion; notwithstanding the ordinary Course to the contrary.

Conference with Lords.

A Message from the Lords, by J. Foster and J. Heath;

The Lords have sent us with this Message; that their Lordships will be ready to meet, at a Conference, by a Committee of both Houses, at Nine of the Clock upon Thursday Morning, in Westminster-hall; and there to hear this House, according to their own Offer, when they brought up the Bill of Attainder against the Earl of Strafford.

Answer returned, by the same Messengers; that this House has taken their Lordships Message into Consideration; and is resolved to give a Meeting, at the Time and Place, as is appointed.

Mr. Treasurer acquaints this House, from his Majesty, that, To-morrow at Two of the Clock, his Majesty doth expect both Houses to attend him, at the Banqueting-house, in Westminster-hall, concerning his Answer to be given to the Desires of both Houses, for the Disbanding the Irish Army, Disarming of Recusants, and Removing Papists from Court.
