Irish Affairs.
ORDERED, That Mr. Tristram Berisford be
added to the Irish Committee.
Moulin's, &c. Nat.
An Act for Naturalizing of Peter du Moulin Doctor of
Physick, Giles Dury, and others, was this Day read the
Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the
same Committee to whom the former Bills for Naturalization, were committed.
Court of Wards.
Ordered, That the Bill touching the Court of Wards be
brought in by the Committee, on Saturday Morning next.
Registers.
The House, according to former Order, was resolved
into a Grand Committee of the whole House, upon the
Bill for Registers.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Master of the Rolls took the Chair.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
The Master of the Rolls reports from the said Committee, That, upon the Debate of the Bill for Registers,
they came to a Question, Whether that Bill shall have
any Retrospect to any thing already done: And the Committee are of Opinion it should not have any Retrospect
to any thing that is already done.
Resolved, That the Debate on this Question be
adjourned till Saturday Morning next.
Leave of Absence.
The Question being put, That Colonel Cox have Leave
to go into the Country for a Fortnight;
It passed in the Negative.
