The humble Petition of the Justices of Peace and Inhabitants of the County of Chester was this Day read, and
committed to the Committee for the Bill for Probate
of Wills, and Granting Administrations: And that this
Committee have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and
Ordered, That the Committee to whom these Bills are
committed, do consider of the several Statutes appointing
Fees: And to consider of the Fees in these Cases; and
to bring it in with the Bill.
Corn and Meal.
Mr. Harvey reports from the Committee to whom
the Bill for repealing a Branch of an Act, intituled, An
Act touching Corn and Meal, a Proviso to be added by
way of Amendment to the said Act: Which was read the
First and Second time.
Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Committee in this Amendment.
Resolved, That the said Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.
