AN Act for raising Portions, and making Provision,
for the younger Children of William Masham,
Esquire, deceased, was this Day read the Third time;
and, upon the Question, passed.
Resolved, That this Act be presented to his Highness
the Lord Protector, for his Consent.
Morgan's Petition.
The humble Petition of Major Anthony Morgan was
this Day read.
Ordered, That this Petition be referred to a Committee,
to examine the Truth thereof; and state the Matter of
Fact, with their Opinion; and report it to the House:

Bill of Indemnity.
Ordered, That it be referred to the same Committee, to
consider of Cases of like Nature: And to bring in a Bill
for indemnifying such Persons as have acted in the Service of the Commonwealth.

Resolved, That Colonel Rogers, Lieutenant-Colonel
Nicholas, Mr. Mason, be added to the Committee for
Naturalization.
Norwich Stuffs.
Ordered, That Mr. Church have Leave to bring in
a Bill, on Thursday next, for regulating of Stuffs in
Norfolk and Norwich.
Union with Ireland.
Ordered, That the Committee for Ireland do bring in
a Bill for Uniting of Ireland into one Commonwealth with
England, on Friday Morning next.
Perpetuanas, &c.
Ordered, That Liberty be given to bring in a Bill for
regulating Perpetuanas and Serges, on Wednesday Morning next.
Spanish War.
The House, according to former Order, was resolved
into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Report
made by Colonel Sidenham, on Friday last, touching the
Charge of the carrying on the Spanish War; and the
Revenue towards it.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Master of the Rolls took the Chair.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Master of the Rolls reports from the said Committee,
that the same Committee may sit To-morrow Morning,
on the same Business.
Resolved, That the House be resolved into a Grand
Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning,
on the same Business.
Resolved, That the same Committee do then also take
into Consideration the Ways and Means of raising Money
for carrying on the Spanish War.
