PRAYERS.
Complaints against Preston.
FO. Hower, and Mark Hower, are called in, to testify
to some particular Complaints, laid down in a Petition, preferred to this House by the Inhabitants of Rothersthorpe, in the County of Northampton, against one
Tho. Preston, the Vicar of the said Town.
Ordered, Tho. Preston to be brought hither, on Thursday
Morning next, to answer these Complaints.
Sir E. Coke's Manuscripts.
The Committee formerly appointed to make Search
and Inquiry after the Books of Sir Edward Coke, are to
go and wait upon Sir Edward Littleton, Lord Chief Justice
of the Common Pleas, for some of those Manuscripts;
delivered unto him by Serjeant Finch, as this House was
this Day informed.
Committee for Army.
Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Wm. Litton, Sir H. Bellingham, Sir
Wm: Pennyman, Sir Patricius Curwyn, Sir Christoph.
Wray, Sir Edw. Aiskew, Mr. Hatcher, Sir H. Bellassis,
Sir Tho. Barrington; these are added to the Committee,
last appointed for the King's Army.
Relief of the Army.
Resolved, upon the Question, That the Bill for the Relief of his Majesty's Army, in One Clause of it, shall be
amended; and that Sir Nevill Poole's Name shall be put
out, and that Henry Lord Gray of Ruthyn shall be put
in his Place.
Subsidies.
Whereas, by an Order made the Twenty-third of December, it was ordered, that the Two first Subsidies should
be paid by the Tenth of February; it is this Day Ordered,
that That Order should be altered; and that the Two first
Subsidies shall be paid by the Tenth of March next.
Resolved, upon the Question, That the Towns of Dorchester and Lime Regis, in the County of Dorsett, shall be
left out of the Subsidy-bill, according to the Paper-book.--
Warwick Election.
This Day Mr. Purefrey offered a Petition, concerning
the Election of Warwick.-

The Amendments to the Bill of Subsidies were Twice
