Ordered, That the Petition of Sir Richard Lucy be read
on Saturday Morning next, according to former Order.
An additional Bill for the better Improvement and
Advancing the Receipts of the Excise and New Impost,
was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the
Question, committed to a Grand Committee of the whole
Ordered, That this House be resolved into a Grand
Committee upon this Bill on Thursday next.
Ordered, That, every Tuesday and Thursday, in every
Week, the House be resolved into a Grand Committee, to
take this Bill into Consideration, until this Bill be finished.
Ordered, That Sir Wm. Roberts, and Mr. Briscoe, be
added to the Committee of Mr. Scott.
Ordered, That the Bill for regulating Serges and Perpetuanas be read To-morrow, after the other Three Bills
already appointed to be then read.
