Excise.
An additional Bill for the better Improvement and
Advancing the Receipts of the Excise and New Impost,
was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the
Question, committed to a Grand Committee of the whole
House.
Ordered, That this House be resolved into a Grand
Committee upon this Bill on Thursday next.
Ordered, That, every Tuesday and Thursday, in every
Week, the House be resolved into a Grand Committee, to
take this Bill into Consideration, until this Bill be finished.
