And the main Question being put;
It was Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Time of
Forfeiture be from the Twentieth of May 1642.
Resolved, That it be referred to the Committee to
whom the Bill was committed, to prepare a Proviso, or
Clause, to be inserted in this Bill, upon the Debate of the
House; and to bring it in To-morrow Morning.
Resolved, That the House do proceed with the Amendments to this Bill To-morrow Morning, the first Business;
nothing to intervene.

to the Committee of the Navy; to consider thereof; and
to state the Matter of Fact thereupon; and to report their
Opinion therein to the Parliament, what Satisfaction is fit

Ship Discovery.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee of the
Navy, to consider of the said several Petitions touching
the Ship called the Discovery, taken up by the late Lord
General Fairefax; and to state the Matter of Fact thereupon; and report their Opinion therein to the House.
