THE humble Petition of Edward Lord Howard, was
this Day read.
Resolved, That * Parker, whose Deposition is left,
be again examined: And that the Lord Howard have
Liberty to cross-examine him; and to examine touching
the Credit of the said * Parker.
Resolved, That the Two Witnesses desired by the
Petitioner to be examined on the Behalf of the Lord
Howard, be examined by the Committee.
Resolved, That, Mr. Dallison be likewise examined.
Resolved, That all further Examinations in that Business shall be had by This-day-month: And that, on that
Day, the Committee do make their Report.
Resolved, That all the Members that come to this
Committee shall have Voices.
Portugall.
The House this Day resumed the Debate upon the
Paper given from the Embiado of Portugall, reported
on Friday last.
Resolved, That this Debate be adjourned until Tomorrow Morning, the first Business.
