Prayers.

Droytwich Parsonage.

Mr. Street made Report from the Committee to whom the Bill for Uniting the Parsonages of St. Andrews and Witton St. Mary, in Droytwich in Worcestershire, was committed, several Amendments to be made in the said Bill.

And the First Amendment, being in the Second Line of the Second Page,-that, after the Words "Four Pence," there should be added, "or thereabouts;" the same being twice read, and put to the Question, was agreed upon.

And the Second Amendment, being in the Fifth Line of the same Page, that, after the Words "Six Pounds," there should be added, "or thereabouts;" the same being twice read, and put to the Question, was also agreed upon.

And the Third Amendment, being in the Thirteenth Line of the same Page, that, after the Word "for," there should be added, "St. Mary;" and that after the Word "Witton," there should be left out, "St. Mary;" the same being twice read, and put to the Question, was likewise agreed upon.

And the Fourth Amendment, being that in the Fourteenth Line of the same Page, there should be the same Alteration; the same was, in like manner, twice read; and, being put to the Question, was agreed upon.

And it was Resolved, That the said Bill for the Uniting the Parsonages of St. Andrews and Witton St. Mary, in Droytwich in Worcestershire, with the Amendments aforesaid, be ingrossed.

Peyton's Estate.

A Bill to enable Algernoon Peyton, Dr. of Divinity, to make Sale of Part of his Lands for Payment of Debts, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on this Day Sevennight.

Preachers appointed.

Ordered, That Dean of Westminster, and Mr. Thomas Greenfeild, Lecturer at Lincolnes Inn, be desired, from this House, to preach, the one of them in the Forenoon, and the other in the Afternoon, on Wednesday next, being the Day of Humiliation appointed by his Majesty, at St. Margaret's Church in Westminster; and if Mr. Dean's Occasions will not permit him, then Dr. Hardy is desired, from this House, to preach in his Turn: And Mr. Pryn is desired to acquaint Mr. Greenfeild with the Desires of the House: And Mr. Edward Smith is desired to acquaint the Dean of Westminster therewith; and if he cannot perform that Duty, then to acquaint Dr. Hardy.

Ordered, That a Bill enabling Henry Chambers, Executor of John Chambers, William Wharton, who married the Executrix of William Barret, John Clay, Executor of Hercules Clay, to raise and levy the Sum of Two thousand Six hundred and Ninety Pounds, and Damages, out of the Manors, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, and Possessions, of Colonel John Hutchinson, be read To-morrow Morning.

Nevill's Estate.

A Bill to enable the Trustees of Henry Nevill Esquire to sell certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, in the Counties of Yorke and Leicester, for Payment of his and his Son William Nevill's Debts, was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That the Town of Wells in Norfolk have Liberty to bring in a Bill for the Repair of the Key.

Earl of Dorset's Estate.

A Bill, ingrossed, sent down from the Lords, for settling the Manors of Knoll, Seale, and Kempsing, in the County of Kent, upon the Earl of Dorsett, and his Heirs, and charging the Manor of Bexhill, and the Manor or Farm of Cowding, and other Lands, in the County of Sussex, with a Rent-charge of One hundred and Thirty Pounds per Annum, in lieu thereof, was this Day read the First time.
