ORDERED, That Mr. Samuell Pickering, William
Waring the elder, and William Waring the younger,
be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, for arresting and imprisoning Thomas Harnston, Bailiff to Mr.
Pierpoint, a Member of this House, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament: And that the said Thomas Harnston
be discharged of his Imprisonment.
Poll Bill.
The House then resolved into a Committee of the
whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of
the Poll Bill.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. Steward reports, That the Committee of the whole
House had made some further Progress in the Poll Bill:
And humbly moved, That the House would resolve into a
Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning,
Ten of the Clock, to proceed to the Dispatch thereof.
Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of
the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the
Poll Bill for his Majesty's Supply.
And then the House adjourned till To-morrow
