A BILL for settling the Draining of Lindsey Level
was read.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time
on Monday next come Sevennight.
Carroone's Petition.
Ordered, That Sir Edward Thurland be added to the
Committee concerning Carroone House.
Merchant Adventurers.
Ordered, That the Matter touching the Merchant Adventurers be taken into Consideration on Thursday next.
Earl of Clarendon's Non-Commitment.
The House then resumed the Debate of the Lords Vote
concerning the Earl of Clarendon. Which was read again.
Resolved, &c. That a Committee be appointed, to
draw up the Reasons of the present Proceedings of this
House, with the Lords, concerning the Earl of Clarendon;
viz. Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Solicitor General, Sir Edmond
Walpoole, Mr. Pryn, Sir William Lowther, Mr. Boscawen,
Sir Robert Howard, Sir Tho. Littleton, Mr. Edward Seymour, Mr. Waller, Sir Tho. Gower, Sir Rich Temple,
Lord St. John, Lord Vaughan, Sir Tho. Osborne, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Swynfen, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Garraway; or any Five of them: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Three of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Ordered, That these Members following be added to the
Committee of Elections; viz. Sir Henry Vernon, Sir Henry
Newton, Sir Edward Herly, Mr. Hambden, Mr. Edw.
Boscawen, Col. Wancklin, Sir Tho. Bloudworth, Sir Norton
