Leave of Absence.
ORDERED, That Sir John Shaw, being in the Commission of the Gaol Delivery for the County of Essex,
have Leave to go into the Country for Fourteen Days.
Leave of Absence.
Ordered, That Mr. Rigby, being concerned in a Trial
to be had this Assizes, touching a Title of Tythes, to
which he makes Claim, have Leave to go into the Country; but to return as soon as the Assizes are done.
Privilege.
Ordered, That Mr. Mathew Giles, menial Servant to
Sir HughWyndham, being arrested, and detained Prisoner,
in Breach of Privilege, be discharged and set at Liberty.
Defaulters to Call of the House.
Ordered, That Sir Tho. Mompeson, Col. Williams, Col.
Wanckley, Mr. Arundell, who were all present, and their
Excuses for making Default at the Call of the House
allowed, be discharged of their several Fines.

resolve into a Committee of the whole House, in order to
the Consideration of the said Motion.

Ordered, That Sir George Courthopp, being concerned in
a Trial to be had at Sussex Assizes, have the Leave of
this House to go into the Country; but to return as soon
as the Assizes are done.
