Grocers Company's Creditors.
A BILL on the Behalf of the Creditors of the Grocers
Company, London, for Satisfaction of just Debts to
them owing by the said Company, being brought in by
Order of the House, was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time.
Moseley's Estate.
A Bill on the Behalf of Edward Mosely Esquire, and
his eldest Son Edward Mosely an Infant, to enlarge the
Time of Payment, and to enable Trustees, on their Behalf
to make Sale of Lands, for Satisfaction of Debts, was
read the First time:
But Part of it being not pursuant to a former Order of
the House;
Ordered, That Leave be given to withdraw this Bill;
and to bring in another Bill, pursuant to the Order of the
House, made the Eleventh of March last, if they please:
And that the former Order for that Purpose be revived.
And it is referred to Mr. Crouch, to bring in a Bill for
enlarging the Time of Payment, to prevent the Forfeiture,
according to the former Order of the 11th of March 1669.
Supply Bill; Subsidies.
The House resolved into a Committee of the whole
House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Lindsey Level.
Ordered, That the Hearing of the Cause concerning
Lindsey Level Fen, appointed for Tuesday next, be
adjourned till Tuesday Sevennight next.

Afternoon, be adjourned.
